Melissa Merchant, a 6-2 middle hitter from fifth-ranked North Idaho College, is the NJCAA Division I Volleyball Co-Player of the Week. Merchant recorded 11 kills and 10 blocks in North Idaho's 3-2 win over top-ranked College of Southern Idaho.

Cinta Alessi, a 5-9 outside hitter from fifth-ranked North Idaho College, is the NJCAA Division I Volleyball Co-Player of the Week. Alessi recorded 16 kills, eight digs, two assists, two service aces and one block in North Idaho's 3-2 win over top-ranked College of Southern Idaho.

Kami DeWitt

Hometown: Mesa, Ariz.

Kami DeWitt, a 5-7 setter/hitter from Scottsdale Community College, is the NJCAA Division II Volleyball Player of the Week. DeWitt led Scottsdale to a 1-1 record last week and a share of the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference championship. To open the week she had 26 assists, 19 digs, six blocks and five kills in a loss to Division I others receiving votes Eastern Arizona College. DeWitt finished the week with 24 assists, 17 digs, 10 kills and eight blocks in a win over Glendale Community College.

Hometown: Bertha, Minn.

Courtney Stach, a 5-10 outside hitter from top-ranked Central Lakes College, is the NJCAA Division III Volleyball Player of the Week. Stack led Central Lakes to a 5-0 record and the Minnesota Community College State Tournament championship last week. On the week she had 67 kills (3.9/game), 20 blocks (1.18/game) and 60 digs (3.53/game).
