Brian Rowan Inducted into NJCAA Men’s Tennis Coaches Association Hall of Fame
Charlotte, NC – The NJCAA has announced one honoree to be inducted into the NJCAA Men's Tennis Coaches Association Hall of Fame. RCSJ-Gloucester (NJ) Coach Brian Rowan has been selected to join the 2026 class. Read below for more on Coach Rowan.

Brian Rowan joined RCSJ-Gloucester as the head men's tennis coach in 2005. In that role, he led the program to four consecutive NJCAA Division III national championships from 2010 through 2013. Under his leadership, the men's tennis program produced 40 All-America honorees and 14 individual national champions. He also served as head women's tennis coach, guiding that program to NJCAA Division III national championships in 2012 and 2013. In 2016, Rowan was appointed the Executive Director for Athletics at RCSJ-Gloucester.
In addition to his coaching and administrative involvement, Rowan has contributed to NJCAA Division III tennis operations through participation in seeding and tournament coordination discussions. Rowan served as the President of the NJCAA Men's Tennis Coaches Association in which he oversaw updates to the NJCAA handbook for tennis. He is known for his experience and familiarity with the national tournament structure, developed through years of attendance and involvement at championship events.
