Lady Chargers Cannot Wrap-up Home Finale

PLYMOUTH, IN – The Lady Chargers basketball team lost a conference game Saturday 64-58 to Glen Oaks Community College. The Lady Chargers are now 3-21 in regular season play and 0-15 MCCAA West.
Coach Beason stated, “We had spurts where we played pretty well, then other times that we let down and allowed them to go on runs. We have one game left in the season and it is winnable if we work hard and play smart.”
Top performances were turned in from Kaylia Richardson (Indianapolis, IN) with 27 points and 16 rebounds. Kelly Duke (Vicksburg, MI) added 12 rebounds while Hope Wagner (Knox, IN) contributed 14 points for the Lady Chargers.
The Lady Chargers close out MCCAA West play when they travel to Muskegon Community College Wednesday, February 27.
