Chargers Take Tough Loss at Lansing
 January 10, 2013

LANSING, MI – The Chargers men's basketball lost a tough game to Lansing Community College Thursday 72-60.  The loss brings their record to 6-6 on the regular season and 0-2 in MCCAA.

Coach Butcher commented, "I was very proud of our effort tonight. Lansing is a good basketball team and we played them tough. We are right there, we need to keep getting better each day and we will start seeing the results that we want."

Top performances were turned in by Rosey Green (South Bend, IN) with 18 points while Sean Hoevener (Madison, IN) added 9 points for the Chargers.

The Chargers return to action when they host Lake Michigan College on Saturday, January 12th with tipoff at 3:00p.m.

Ancilla College enrolls 500 students in 17 degree programs ranging from accounting to nursing. It was founded by the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ in 1937, and is located 2 miles south of US 30 on Union Road near Plymouth.
