ROBINSON, Ill. – The NJCAA fourth-ranked Vincennes University Men’s Basketball Team remained unbeaten Wednesday night by beating the host Lincoln Trail Statesmen 83-65 for VU’s 15^th win of the season.

Sophomore Darius Carter scored a game-high 27 points and sophomore Monte Burney had 19 for VU.

The trailblazers will return to the VU P.E. Complex Saturday to host Wabash Valley at 7 p.m. It will be a pack the house night Saturday at the VU P.E. Complex. In addition to the Trailblazers taking on the Warriors (women’s game at 5 p.m.; men’s game at 7 p.m.) in The Clash on the Wabash, several contests, other prize giveaways and lots of fun activities are planned for the entire university and surrounding communities.
