Semifinals and Finals of NJCAA LAX Championships Set for May 11-12

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The top four teams in NJCAA men’s and women’s lacrosse will compete for the 2013 national championship in their respective divisions this weekend. The semifinals and finals of the men’s lacrosse national tournament will take place on the campus of Nassau Community College in Garden City, N.Y. The women will take to the confines of John L. DiMarco Field on the campus of Monroe Community College in Rochester, N.Y.

Both tournaments will take place May 11-12 and can be seen live on NJCAA TV (www.njcaatv.ihigh.com) thanks to the efforts of tournament officials and their volunteer staffs.

Onondaga Community College (N.Y.) is vying for a record fifth-straight national championship in men’s lacrosse and has not lost since 2010. OCC is also the defending women’s national champions.

#2 Genesee CC, N.Y. (15-2) vs. #3 Nassau CC, N.Y. (12-3)
