Indian Hills' Mike Hagen Leads Team USA at World University Golf Championship; NJCAA golfers Mitch Tucker and True Graves highlight roster

Fresh off winning the NJCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship for the second consecutive season, Indian Hills head coach Mike Hagen (right) will lead Team USA at the Wolrd University Golf Championship July 3-6 Liberec, Czech Republic. The four-round event, which is governed by FISU (International University Sports Federation), will have a traditional 72-hole, stroke-play tournament where each team will have four golfers and the top three scores will county toward the team total. 

Hagen, assisted by Oklahoma Christian University head coach David Lynn, was tasked with selecting the Team USA squad was required to include three US-born players from the NAIA and two from the NJCAA. Hagen drafted the services of Mitchell Tucker from his IHCC squad as well as True Graves from Odessa College (Texas). Both Tucker and Graves finished in the top 30 at the 2012 DI national tournament in May.

Preston Wilkins and Logan Herbst of of Oklahoma Christian University and Joshua Manske of Grand View University (Iowa) were the NAIA selections to the roster. Herbst has earned NAIA All-America first-team honors the past two years and was a third-team pick in 2010. Wilkins was a four-time NAIA All-America pick, making the third team in 2010 and the second team in 2009, 2011 and 2012. Manske was a three-time NAIA All-American.
