NJCAA Launches New Online Career Center Powered by Boxwood Technology
June 19, 2012
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The NJCAA announced today the launch of its new interactive job board, the NJCAA Career Center at careers.njcaa.org. The NJCAA Career Center offers an easy-to-use and highly targeted resource for online employment connections.
The NJCAA Career Center gives member colleges the ability to identify and reach qualified candidates. Employers can post jobs online, search for qualified candidates based on specific job criteria, create an online resume agent to email qualified candidates daily and benefit from online reporting that provides job activity statistics.
Pricing starts at just $150 for a 30-day posting and includes several pricing options that make job postings available to other sports’ employers like the NCAA and the Sports and Athletics Career Network (SACN). The SACN connects you with high-quality talent that simply can’t be found elsewhere. Some associations within this network include the NCAA, NJCAA and NRPA. By purchasing a SACN job posting package, your job postings will be placed on all of the sites within the network.
For job seekers, the NJCAA Career Center is a free service that provides access to employers within the organization. In addition to posting their resumes, job seekers can browse and view available jobs based on their criteria and save those jobs for later review. Job seekers can also create a search agent to provide email notifications of jobs that match their criteria.
