Trojan Softball goes 3-1 over weekend

After a long layoff due to weather, the Seminole State Softball team got back in action this past weekend with four games against conference opponents.

On Saturday, April 13^th, SSC played at home against Rose State College. The Lady Trojans got the sweep, winning game one 2-1 in eight innings and winning game two 8-0 in five innings.

The next day, Sunday, April 14^th, SSC would be at home again against Connors State College. Game one went all the way to the ninth inning still tied at one all, with Chelsea Delong winning it in the bottom of the 9^th with a solo homerun to center. In game two against Connors, Seminole gave up seven runs compared to 2.

The Lady Trojans are now 20-10 overall on the season, and 11-5 in conference play.
